Forms submitted after 14:00 on a Friday and on a weekend will not be received until the following working day (Monday, or Tuesday in the case of a Bank holiday), and will therefore not be considered or authorised until then. For Saturday and Sunday requests, booking forms should be received no later than 09:00 Thursday.
Access to spaces will not be granted without prior authorisation confirmed by the Commercial team.
